Cauliflower + Green Peas + Potato Bhaji .


Cauliflower + Green Peas + Potato Bhaji ..


Peel and slice 2 large sized potatoes into thick pieces of 2 inches length. 


Cut one cup of cauliflower also into flowerets of 2 inches length. 


Add in one cup of fresh green peas to it and wash all three in plenty of water and sieve it in a collander.

Heat 2 tblsp of oil in a thick bottomed kadai. When the oil is hot add in a tsp of jeera, ½ tsp of rai, 1 tsp of haldi powder, 1 tsp of hing powder, 1 tsp of sambar powder and mix well. Add in the vegetables and mix well. Add salt to taste, sprinkle some water, lower the heat and cook covered till done. 


Check in between to see that the vegies do not get burnt. If necessary sprinkle some water in between if the dish is too dry and is getting burnt. Serve hot with poori / roti / dal – chawl.
